SB-52 permits hemp-derived Cannabidiol oil with up to 0.3% THC. Similar legislation named House Bill 1214, recently approved the Senate Corrections & Criminal Law Committee by a vote of 6-2. Variances between the bills will require to be fixed before it moves to the governor's desk for his approval.
